Role summary
You will be a key driving force behind our US market entry. As one of our first hires on US soil, you will work closely with the Co-CEO to develop and execute our US go-to-market strategy, including building out our sales team. You will be also be hands on identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, developing meaningful client relationships, and ultimately, closing deals to drive revenue growth.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the US market in collaboration with the Co-CEO.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients through various methods, including outreach efforts, networking, and referrals.
- Understand and articulate our product's features and value proposition to potential clients, addressing any technical queries or concerns they may have.
- Lead sales presentations and demonstrations, tailoring them to the specific needs and pain points of the prospective client.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Product and Customer Success, to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, and update our CRM system regularly to ensure accurate reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide feedback to the Product and Marketing teams.
- Recruit, hire, and lead a high-performing sales team as we scale in the US, ensuring the team is aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the enterprise SaaS domain, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity selling solutions to financial institutions, real estate firms, fund managers, or similar sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong client relationships.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- The ability to navigate complex sales cycles and handle objections effectively.
