Mark Hurley is an entrepreneur, director, and investor who was a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2017.
In 2014, he founded Little Giant, a product and innovation agency that partners with some of New Zealand's leading technology startups. In 2017, Dentsu Aegis Network acquired Little Giant. Dentsu Aegis Network is one of the world's largest communication companies, employing 35,000 people across 145 countries.
In 2019, he co-founded Jasper, a next-generation commercial real estate firm that combines institutional quality strategies and analysis with cutting-edge technology. Jasper now has over $400m of assets under management and works with some of the biggest names in real estate, including Blackstone.
In 2023, he co-founded Caruso, an AI-native fund administration platform. Caruso allows fund managers to manage all their fund operations effortlessly in one place - onboard investors, manage compliance, raise capital, issue distributions, and everything in between. Since its launch, Caruso has experienced rapid growth, now managing over $30 billion in assets across more than 400 funds and 30,000 investors.
Mark is an active angel investor with a portfolio of leading technology startups including Marloo, Tracksuit, Sharesies, First AML, Whiparound, Joyous and Narrative.
